Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled if done so before shipped, any order amendments/cancellations after 7AM GMT the following morning are not possible.
In all cases, please email orders@wearemakers.info or reach out via our socials for order amendments or cancellations.
Subscriptions:
If you are reading this, you are thinking about starting a We Are Makers subscription & we thank you!
A subscription contract is the agreement between a customer and a merchant over a specific term for recurring purchases over a set or undefined period of time.
When you start a subscription with us, you are agreeing that a payment will be taken by your chosen method of payment at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product. Our magazine release dates are August, November, February and May. The subscription will continue rolling unless you cancel your subscription. You'll be able to access your details via your account. Please keep this email handy or saved.
A reminder email will be sent 3-4 days prior to every release day.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
The payment for the subscription will come out on the 1st of each month that the magazine is launched (1st February, 1st May, 1st August, 1st November each year) and sent to your door.
We only ship magazines when they have been paid for in full. If your payment bounces for any reason. An email will be sent to you to make you aware of this.
Once the magazine is in the post, we won't be able to accept refunds. Please make sure you cancel your subscription before we send out your copy.
