Shipping Details
Your orders are packaged and shipped by J&J fulfilment in the UK or from Columbus, Ohio, USA.
If we run out of copies at our USA fulfilment, we will occasionally send from the UK (duties paid)
Our aim is to ship your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders before 4pm will be shipped same day (excluding weekends and public holidays.)
Please make sure that you check your address once you receive your order confirmation - we will not be responsible for the incorrect address once your order has been shipped.
UK Postage
UK parcels:
All sent via Royal Mail.
You will recieve a tracking number to your inbox once the magazine/s have been dispatched. Please check your spam inbox incase you didn't recieve anything.
International Shipping
Delivery for International orders:
All orders are sent Royal Mail or FEDEX (DDP - which means delivered duty paid)
We send all orders tracked and you will recieve an email with these details. Please check your spam inbox incase you didn't recieve anything.
For USA orders, please check the next drop down box.
NEW US TARIFFS
We Are Makers now fulfills within the USA, from Columbus, Ohio.
So you do not need to worry about any any tariffs.
If we run out of stock in the USA, we will ship form the UK (duties paid)

Damages and Lost Packages
Why has my publication not arrived yet?
Very rarely does the publication get lost in the post however, if you have not received your publication please get in touch with Kate at orders@wearemakers.info
My publication arrived damaged, can I get a new one?
If your order is delivered damaged please get in touch with us at orders@wearemakers.info with images of the book and the damaged packaging. We will be happy to send you a new one.
EU Customers
EU customers – no surprise charges
We Are Makers is fully EU-friendly.
All VAT and applicable taxes are paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
The price you see includes printing, packaging, shipping and taxes – no handling fees, no customs charges on delivery.
On the rare occasion a charge is incorrectly applied, please email us at orders@wearemakers.info and we’ll resolve it with our fulfilment team.
International Duties, Taxes & Extra Charges

Returns
Due to the costs involved in fulfilment and return shipping, we do not offer returns unless an edition arrives damaged. However, we’re always happy to review individual cases on a one-to-one basis.
