Shipping Details

Your orders are packaged and shipped by J&J fulfilment in the UK .

Our aim is to ship your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders before 4pm will be shipped same day (excluding weekends and public holidays.)

Please make sure that you check your address once you receive your order confirmation - we will not be responsible for the incorrect address once your order has been shipped.

UK Postage

UK parcels:

There’s two option on our website - Royal Mail or DPD.

You will recieve a tracking number to your inbox once the magazine/s have been dispatched.

International Shipping

Delivery for International orders:

All orders are sent Royal Mail or DHL/DPD (you have the choice at checkout).

We send all orders tracked and you will recieve an email with these details. Please check your spam inbox incase you didn't recieve anything.

NEW US TARIFFS

The US has announced that it will impose an additional 10% tariff on top of existing US duties, fees and taxes on imports from the UK.

As of August 29, 2025, goods valued at under $800 will no longer be exempt from U.S. import duties. In other words, the De Minimis exemption will be scrapped for all countries.

This means our magazine will incurr an extra cost.

However, we have made this easy for our customers. We will collect this cost at point of purchase meaning you won't have to do anything when your magazine reaches customs. We've done the hard work.

This is all new to many business across the world, so please, if there is any issues with regards to your package, please bear with us as we navigate any issuess.

Damages and Lost Packages

Why has my publication not arrived yet?

Very rarely does the publication get lost in the post however, if you have not received your publication please get in touch with Kate at wearemakersinfo@gmail.com

My publication arrived damaged, can I get a new one?

If your order is delivered damaged please get in touch with us at orders@wearemakers.info with images of the book and the damaged packaging. We will be happy to send you a new one.

EU Customers

There should be no extra charges for customers in the EU, as we have already declared and covered all taxes monthly. However, customers from some countries are experiencing unexpected charges, which is out of our control. When you purchase a copy/copies of We Are Makers, the final amount includes post, packaging and all taxes.

If you are asked to pay customs duty or any other fees to receive your parcel, please send an email to us at orders@wearemakers.info and we will ask our fulfillment team to query this.
