Your orders are packaged and shipped by Newsstand in Whitsable, UK
Our aim is to ship your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please make sure that you check your address once you receive your order confirmation - we will not be responsible for the incorrect address once your order has been shipped
UK - 1st class approx 2/3 working days (single copies)
2nd class - approx 4/5 days (multiple copies)
UK - 1/2 working days (DPD Tracked)
EU - approx 4/6 working days
USA & ROW - approx 8/10 working days
Please leave 20 working days before contacting us to allow for any postal delays
Christmas Shipping Dates
This is the Royal Mail advised last posting dates for the UK:
18th Dec, 2nd Class
19th Dec, 1st Class
ROW – 5th Dec
EU – 7th Dec
Canada/USA – 8th Dec
We cannot guarantee these dates as any shipping delays are out with our control, please order before these dates if possible if you need your order before Christmas!
There’s two option on our website - Royal Mail or DPD.
We recommend DPD for tracked and quick service.
Delivery options at checkout for International orders:
Orders below 2 kg in weight can be delivered non tracked and tracked.
Orders over 2 kg can only be sent tracked via MHI International.

We ship to almost every country in the world. Currently there are some countries that have restricted shipping rules. If your country does not show in our shipping options, please send an email to email@example.com.
Damages and Lost Packages
Why has my publication not arrived yet?
Very rarely does the publication get lost in the post however, if you have not received your publication please get in touch with Kate at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note we cannot track untracked orders. We will not be able to find your order if it gets lost.
My publication arrived damaged, can I get a new one?
If your order is delivered damaged please get in touch with us at email@example.com with images of the book and the damaged packaging. We will be happy to send you a new one.
There should be no extra charges for customers in the EU, as we have already declared and covered all taxes monthly. However, customers from some countries are experiencing unexpected charges, which is out of our control. When you purchase a copy/copies of We Are Makers, the final amount includes post, packaging and all taxes.
If you are asked to pay customs duty or any other fees to receive your parcel, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will ask our fulfillment team to query this.
